A Master Plan for this private 27 hole facility was developed to identify upgrades and replacement of the course features and infrastructure. Aging assets had reached the end of their first life-cycle 26 years after opening and were impacting the quality of the course presentation. The resulting analysis included a replacement cost projection.
Recommendations for design modifications were also provided that would help off-set significant increases in labor, water and materials costs. Other recommendation focus on providing more strategic interest in the round.
When combined the result will directly enhance the member’s golfing experience and strengthen the club’s position in the marketplace.
